Bhabhi's Pasta Chilli

I never used to like pasta. This post is dedicated to my sister-in-law (Bhabhi) who introduced me to this Indian Version of pasta and thanks to her that now I can't help but beg her to make one every other day for my evening snack.

Ingredients :
  1. Two medium sized onions cut to small pieces (preferred long onion slices)
  2. One tomato cut to small pieces (prefered long tomato slices)
  3. 3-4 Sticks of French Beans cut to small pieces.
  4. 2 green chillies chopped.
  5. One tea spoon Small Mustard Seeds.
  6. 2 tea spoons butter.
  7. 2  tea spoon chilly sauce.
  8. 1 tea spoon soya sauce
  9. 2 tea spoons tomato sauce.
  10. 250 gm pasta with taste maker.
Method :
  1. Take the pasta in the cooking dish and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add two table spoon of oil in  the frying pan. Heat the oil.
  3. Add Small Mustard Seeds, green chilly and onion and let it fry for 3-4 minutes until the color of onion changes to brown.
  4. Add tomato and French Beans and fry them all for 2 minutes.
  5. Add butter, taste maker and all the three sauces and mix them well.
  6. Add the boiled pasta and mix it in a way so that the pieces do not break or get crushed.
  7. Garnish the dish with Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves.
Recipe to prepare white sauce for the dish :
  1. Take two tea spoons of All Purpose Flour and put it in already heated and melted butter.
  2. Add Half Cup of milk and mix well.
  3. Pour the white gravy in already prepared pasta after heating the gravy for 2 minutes.
Your pasta is now prepared. Now take your pasta and share it with your family and friends. I'm sure that they'll love it.
