I never used to like pasta. This post is dedicated to my sister-in-law (Bhabhi) who introduced me to this Indian Version of pasta and thanks to her that now I can't help but beg her to make one every other day for my evening snack.
Ingredients :
- Two medium sized onions cut to small pieces (preferred long onion slices)
- One tomato cut to small pieces (prefered long tomato slices)
- 3-4 Sticks of French Beans cut to small pieces.
- 2 green chillies chopped.
- One tea spoon Small Mustard Seeds.
- 2 tea spoons butter.
- 2 tea spoon chilly sauce.
- 1 tea spoon soya sauce
- 2 tea spoons tomato sauce.
- 250 gm pasta with taste maker.
- Take the pasta in the cooking dish and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add two table spoon of oil in the frying pan. Heat the oil.
- Add Small Mustard Seeds, green chilly and onion and let it fry for 3-4 minutes until the color of onion changes to brown.
- Add tomato and French Beans and fry them all for 2 minutes.
- Add butter, taste maker and all the three sauces and mix them well.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix it in a way so that the pieces do not break or get crushed.
- Garnish the dish with Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves.
- Take two tea spoons of All Purpose Flour and put it in already heated and melted butter.
- Add Half Cup of milk and mix well.
- Pour the white gravy in already prepared pasta after heating the gravy for 2 minutes.
